Our History
Epimorphics Ltd is a 100% employee owned company that was formed in 2009. We’re an alumnus of the business incubator and enterprise partnership SetSquared.
We’ve grown from that small base as a tech start-up to an exciting, innovative tech scale-up company close to Bristol in south west England
Employees and Shareholders
Epimorphics Ltd is a 100% employee owned company. Our employees are are most important stakeholders. We invest in each of our employees’ development. We have an optional EMI share scheme, encouraging all staff to become shareholders. All shareholders are staff (or retired staff) members.
Our Suppliers
We are careful in the suppliers that we work with. We are signatories of the Prompt Payment Code, We pay suppliers on time, we encourage good practice. Some of our suppliers are other local SMEs, some of our suppliers are social enterprises or have an ethos that matches our own principles and values.
