How can you store, browse and manage your controlled vocabularies and standards? Our Agora Concept Store and associated Controlled Vocabulary (CV) Browser support your data governance and management of vocabularies and vocabulary standards.

Organisations can improve their data maturity through development and management of shared reference data to support discovery, innovation and the FAIRification of data sets. Our Agora Concept store is designed to support the storage and management of concepts, concept schemes, collections and associated metadata based upon the SKOS standard.

Concept Store is implemented using our standard platform components and is configurable to support your organisation’s identifier and metadata patterns while remaining extensible. Configurable REST APIs give access to concept schemes, concepts and collections which can be used for URI resolution as well as for programmatic search and filtering. The search options include support for entity reconciliation compliant with the W3C Entity Reconciliation Community Group API. A REST update API supports updates via your tools of choice.

Collection Builder functionality is able to create collections of concepts from the CVs which can then be shared across your organisation and downloaded or accessed via API for use in information systems.

Agora Concept Store is based on Epimorphics technology including a resilient, cluster deployable triple store (podium), a reconfigurable API toolchain (sapi-nt) and a base level Concept Store application (Agora Concept Store).
