The Food Standards Agency host a wide variety of important data such as the Food Hygiene Ratings Scheme (FHRS), Local Authority Enforcement Monitoring System (LAEMS) as well as many other monitoring, research, reporting and survey data.

The data catalogue platform provides a hosted environment for FSA that provides a centralised means for FSA to collate, manage and provide searchable access to their open data. The platform has user interface to enable searching and browsing for data and and API (Application Programmers Interface) that enables developer to download the catalogue data for programmatic re-use.
