Right from the very start – at Epimorphics we have had an ethos of the sort of company that we want to be. This included things like minimising our carbon footprint through our energy use and supplier (we run our building on 100% renewables) and building the company in a way that focuses on our people.

When we set up the company one aspect of that was that everyone had a stake and wasn’t just “an employee”. We are 100% employee owned and that is something that we are really proud of.

As we have and continue to grow we’ve been keen to enable all our new employees to be able to join the founders in also becoming owners of our company. We’ve had our EMI Scheme approved by HMRC and now there is a route for everyone to join as a shareholder if they choose.

I’m delighted to welcome Alex as our newest shareholder, joining the founders of Epimorphics.
