We are recruiting for roles in two main areas:

• Data modelling: A Data Modeller and a Junior Data Modeller (pdf) – an interesting opportunity to work on client projects with data-rich problems, helping to design, update and improve data models and data standards. Data modelling is at the heart of many of our projects, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside acknowledged experts in the field.
• Software engineering: A Full Stack Developer (pdf) and a Front End Developer (pdf) – working with government departments to NGOs to private companies, you’ll be joining projects of all sizes to deliver user-facing applications with an impact, alongside working with our team to develop our range of data publication products
• We’re also looking for people with big ideas who don’t adhere to the above roles, but think they’d be a good fit for our business (pdf). We would welcome speculative applications from those with an interest in Business Analysis, User Research, UX Design and Marketing especially

We’re based in Portishead, a small coastal town on the outskirts of Bristol. On sunny days it’s worth buying lunch from a local bakery and strolling down to the marina where you can spot jellyfish in the water and see straight across the Bristol channel.
