Modelling the world in RDF involves identifying the important entity types within some domain of interest, their properties and relationships.

The XML Summer School has a great history of bringing  a great introduction into the world of XML and related technologies while also providing for a more experienced audience.  We’ve been involved a number of times since its inception including making our linked data training platform available for the linked data sessions.
